7. Can you provide suggestions for our musical selections?

Absolutely! Music Consultation is included in your fee so take advantage of it.

8. Should we have our group attend our rehearsal?

No. Our musicians are very experienced with playing wedding ceremonies. Discussing the details on the phone or email typically takes care of most of the arrangements.

9. What is involved if my wedding is outdoors?

In order to keep quality playing as well as protect the valuable instruments we need a shaded and dry area. In case of inclement weather allow the group to move to an indoor location. Inclement weather is defined as temperature less than 17 degrees celcius, very windy conditions or any amount of precipitation.

13. Can you accompany my friend or family member who sings?

Yes, we'll need to get the sheet music. Your group will take a look at the music and decide if it needs an arrangement made. If so, it will cost anywhere from $25.00-$80.00.

10. What if one of the musicians is ill or cannot make it on the day of my wedding?

If that happens we will try our best to replace that person immediately. If it is impossible to replace that instrument we will provide a suitable replacement.

11. Will you play with our church organist?

Yes. We suggest to add a soloist (singer, French horn or trumpet) to the organ or have one of the musicians from the trio or quartet play a solo piece accompanied by the organ.
